Warranty and Refund

Warranty

Our sofas come with a warranty. The warranty covers any product that has a manufacturing defect, that is not the result of normal wear and tear. our products carry a RTB (Return to Base) warranty means the buyer pays for returning goods to us, we will replace or repair. Buyer is responsible to pay delivery charge .

  • Frame: 5 years warranty (RTB)
  • Seat foam: 5 years warranty
  • Webbing: 5 years warranty
  • Fabric:2 years warranty, does not include pilling or sun damage.

All products carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all parts unless otherwise stated.

For Commercial usage these warranties do not apply.

All our products are manufactured with high standard. however, we recommend you to visit our local store and check the furniture thoroughly before you make any final decision and we dispatch it.

Exclusion from warranty

following may occur because of natural and normal usage

  • Fabrics will fade and wrinkle.
  • foam and fillings will soften and form the shape of the user over time.
  • depending on the covering and the degree of use, the covering materials, cushion fillings and suspension may need to be replaced periodically at the purchaser’s expense.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or abusing.
  • Fabric products are upholstered by hand and therefore, the size and weight of these products may have minor variations of up to 5% from the sample products or from any product specifications you have been quoted.

Return, Repair or Refund Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, However, to lower down your risk, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or defective, we will replace or exchange under following terms.

3 Revisions

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery of item.
  • The buyer has the obligation to keep the product to be returned in original condition and is not supposed to keep using the product before he returns it to us.
  • If your item is unable to be replaced, we will offer you a refund. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
  • Items Supplied by order are not to be changed, cancelled, returned, swapped, or refunded once order is confirmed.
  • *In the situation of the returned goods not in original condition we have the right to refuse the return and refund, or we may charge 10% to 20% or even more of the purchase price’s restock fee.
  • Choose carefully as we will not refund if you simply ‘change your mind’. Item was ‘not what you expected it to be’ or ‘not what you imagined it to be’.
  • THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUND.  All refund will be refunded by internet transfer into the provided account through email. Please email us to inform your refund details including invoice number, item(s) to be refunded, account name and number to receive the refund. Please note that we cannot refund to credit card.
